The Chocolate Snowball is made from layers of chocolate cake filled with a dense chocolate ganache, frosted with a rich buttercream and covered in long shreds of delicious coconut.

The Lemon Snowball is made from two layers of light vanilla cake, separated by a made from scratch lemon curd filling, frosted with buttercream and covered with shredded coconut.

When ordering, I was a little concerned on what condition the cake would arrive in and how good it would be.  
No need!  It arrived in excellent condition (they really know how to pack a cake!) and it was absolutely delicious.  Moist and flavorful.  I will definitely be ordering again.
